So if you place an order on Sunday/Public holiday, your product will be shipped out on the next working day. For areas where there is no courier service available, we will ship your items via India Speed Post.
Does the product price that I see online exclude taxes?
No, the product prices are inclusive of all taxes. Delivery charges for bulky items might be extra but that would be mentioned clearly in the product details.

How much is the Delivery charge?
We deliver free of cost, for all orders above Rs.1500. For other orders, delivery charges vary with the weight and size of the consignment. It is usually around 30 to 50 for lighter products, and Rs. 150 to 200 for heavier products like Lawn mowers.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. At any point through the shipping and delivery process, you would be able to track the status of your order.
What if I receive the product in damaged condition or it gets broken during the transit?
If the product is not proper or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Call our customer care at or email us at email@example.com, mentioning your Order ID. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost to you.

Yes, you can track the order. After we ship the item a tracking id will be mailed to you and you may check the shipment status at our shipping partner’s website.
