✅ Eligible for Replacement / Refund
- Product received is damaged, torn, or defective
- Wrong size / wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defects
⏳ Time Window
- Request must be raised within 2-3 days of delivery
📸 Proof Required
To process quickly, please share:
- Clear photos or video of the product while unpacking the parcel
- Photos of the outer packaging (if damaged)
- Clear photo of the packing label with package weight written
🔁 What We Offer
- Free replacement for defective or damaged items
OR - Full money refund if replacement is not available (Only the defective item)
🚫 Not Eligible for Refund
- Used, washed, or soil-filled grow bags
- Damage due to improper use or cutting/modification
- Minor color variation (normal in HDPE fabric)
- Requests raised after the return window
🚚 Return Shipping
- If the issue is from our side → We bear return shipping
- If customer ordered wrong size by mistake → Customer bears return shipping
💳 Refund Mode
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Takes 5–7 business days after approval
