- Product received is damaged, torn, or defective
- Wrong size / wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defects

- Request must be raised within 2-3 days of delivery

To process quickly, please share:
- Clear photos or video of the product while unpacking the parcel
- Photos of the outer packaging (if damaged)
- Clear photo of the packing label with package weight written

- Used, washed, or soil-filled grow bags
- Damage due to improper use or cutting/modification
- Minor color variation (normal in HDPE fabric)
- Requests raised after the return window
